Hi, I’m Anatoly!

I’m the COO of the WEB3 project. Basically, I’m the one keeping the processes on track, preventing the system from falling apart, and doing everything to push the project forward — even when the path has to be carved in extreme conditions.

📓 It wasn’t easy at first: tons of new information, a sudden shift to remote work, and saying goodbye to my usual rhythm. After 9 years in Russian science, I knew what it meant to work at full capacity — but this felt completely different. Over time, I realized I’d become part of something bigger than just a TON-based project. And if it weren’t for the Domainer, our CEO, and the team — always there, explaining, supporting — my journey into Web 3.0 would’ve taken much longer.

🥇 And of course, there’s the project’s future — its direction and mission. The deeper I got, the clearer it became: we’re stepping into something new. We’ve shifted roles — from observers of change to those who ignite it.

Today, we’re standing on the edge of a new era of decentralized internet — where rules are rewritten, opportunities grow, and freedom is no longer an empty ideal. Just like Web 2.0, everything in Web 3.0 begins with identity — with domains and usernames. These aren’t just addresses — they’re entry points into the ecosystem. They're how people recognize you, trust you, and build your reputation.

🏁 Innovation is hard work. Building something despite doubt and criticism is a real challenge. And that’s something our project faces daily. Which is why support matters so much. People who believe. Who understand. Who help.
