I use to think I spend at least 1 cycle or 4years to build Telegram and YouTube to reach 1000 Subscribers each.

Seem like it happen sooner then I have imagine. All of these thanks to you guys for always help like or share any form of my contents.

- I call it Stage 1: Build

I want to build community from scratch without any incentive like give away or always ask you guys to like/share my works. Focus on build purely on sharing what I know and hope I can help someone understand more about it and they can use it to do more research.

I hope I can inspire other communities small or big to try to collaborate with each other. Focus on giving more than taking.

I hope I can inspire new people that think they never ever can build up a big community. Trust me, I never believe I can do it either. I just know that I love it and I do it. Whatever the result I can accept and not focus much on subscribers data. That why I plan for 4years and also never push much on asking audience to subscribe.

You never know what you can accomplish until you try it and put your best effort into it.

I create this Telegram channel on 14-02-2023 and YouTube channel on 18-02-2023.

19 months later this channel can have 1600plus Subscribers and YouTube 980 Subscribers (Yes not 1000 yet or you guys can help complete my stage 1 by go subscribe, Only 20people more 🤭)

It is more than my expectations. Remember that I build it with my part time only. Not a fully full time content creator. I still have biz to control and family to take care of. So don’t procrastinating, just do your work and make content.

- Now what next? We go into Stage 2: Grow

I will try to build up other social media and content format.

Example Podcast already in the works by use all my YouTube video and convert to podcast contents so people easy to listen to long form audios better then YouTube. I still need to upload all my old videos in the order of date first before it can catch up with the current YouTube content.

Tik Tok will be also focus on Short form content like summaries my old videos, other videos I watch on YouTube or explain specific topic in the short minute possible. This is not my type but I understand some people cannot get used to watch or listen to long form audio/video so will try my best to do it after I complete all my podcast content.

- Stage 3: Build team

I don’t set a clear plan for how much I want to grow in stage 2 but when I feel I cannot handle all the work I want to try, I will need to build a team.

I prefer to have community to join if possible. Don’t have much detail but I will give more info when I need one. Which type of position and which type of person I need.

This stage can happen when I can assure that this work can generate some income and grow more in the future so I can afford to create a team to form a biz type to generate income. It is a very long time more to discuss about it but I just want to update to you guys and hope someone in here can be a great fit into what I can build in the future.

Educate yourself, grow more, be a good person, be a good community. This space is not going anywhere soon but it’s sure will be bigger in the coming years ahead so prepare yourself to fit in somewhere you dream of.

- Finally don’t take my word so seriously. I have many plan. I have many ideas but it never work out or can be born so take it as just some random info you hear from me😁

Anyway all my social media will be update and have a detail info when I’m done with most of the work in a couple of weeks more.
