Hi I'm creating Learn2Earn startup, which will teach players the basics of blockchain, DeFi, etc.
I'm at the very beginning of my way, the idea of the startup appeared around December, initially it should be a metaverse, where the user builds buildings and houses, and thus can earn a real apartment.
A little later, I read a book called "How to DeFi" by the founder of CoinGecko. I was hooked by the paragraph about how in 2022, more than 1.6 billion people still do not have access to banking services and DeFi aims to be the very resource that will solve this problem, because almost everyone has a cell phone!
I thought at the time that doing a startup for fun is certainly a good thing, but if you're bringing great value to the world, it's even better!
In 2019 I was just starting to understand cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance, blockchain, etc. It was very difficult for me to understand how it all worked, I had to research a lot of material and watch a lot of different videos.
And now it hit me, why not visualize and present all this in the form of a game and help more people to immerse themselves in decentralized finance and blockchain. So the game concept was born.
Here i'm! I am at the very beginning of my exciting journey, I have no experience in game development at all, so there is a lot of learning and asking lots of questions to knowledgeable people first of all!
I plan to use this diary as a tool that will kind of "track" me, and I will try to write at least once a week about the results and news! And I hope you will ask questions, participate in polls and help me from time to time!

Most of you have probably seen the movie Ocean's friends.
In general, this storyline is common to many movies where there is some kind of challenges, usually it's about stealing, robbing, cheating, etc. However, if you try on the skin of Daniel "Danny" Ocean in a startup, for example, you can see that the process of finding a team for a startup or any other project, can be just as exciting!
It all starts with the end picture!
Imagine where you want to go, for example to create a startup that will valuation $1 Mln or organize a cool event for 10 000 people. After you have presented the final picture, you have to imagine how many people and in what positions helped you to turn this idea into reality.
Here you can take a reference company that has already achieved your desired result and see who works there.
For example you look through your competitor and see that there are 500 or 1000 people, but who do you hire and in what order? Here you have to do another exercise, to create a RoadMap, those break down the path to goal achievement into steps (milestones) and time intervals. Then for each of these steps, you need to define a Minimum Viable Team, which is the minimum number of people you need in the team to achieve a particular step.
Let me give you my example. When I had the first version of the idea I was spinning it in my head 24 hours a day, adding more and more details adding up the Product Vision. Then a pause occurred, and I quickly reassembled everything and felt that this was it, to which I was ready to dedicate 10 years of my life!
After that I made a plan in my head, in small steps.
Step 1: I needed to find a cofounder, someone who would believe in the idea and say I'm in (first "Danny" friend ) Done ✅
Step 2: We need to find the right advisors for the project, to correct the path. The edvisors requested a project presentation, which essentially re-prioritized the backlog a bit. And so the next step, make a presentation to the adviser and describe the concept in it.
Step 3: Find an MVT to create the presentation, website and whitepaper. This is where the exciting process of assembling a startup team begins. Here you need a designer for the presentation, a nativist to translate into slang English, and a person who will assemble the website.
Step 4.Start preparing for fundraising and communicating with investors. Edviser, IR, introductions.
And so on)). In general, if we imagine the process not as something boring, but as a game, then it becomes much more exciting to build a team and find the strength to go forward!
P.S. There is an idea to make an open list of tasks for those who would be interested in participating in the project and get future tokens as a reward. Participate in the poll below, how would you feel about this kind of activity?

And so, today is the 11th day of work on the project, I will write less long and tedious texts and more specifics!
Now the four of us are already working on the project, remember the reference about Ocean's friends?
From the tasks we describe and crystallize the description of the project, make a website and pitch Deck
After that, we will form a community, negotiate with investors, create an MVP game, and find partners for our project!
In the comments below this post, you can leave your suggestions and ideas! And also, we will be glad of any help 🖖🏻

Day 13.
The rejection of sugar makes itself felt. The body is asking for cheap dopamine.
The feeling is similar to giving up cigarettes.
Procrastination overtook me, I'm trying to fight, it turns out weakly.
When I don't want to do anything, I read reports on the market and industries. Reading puts thoughts in order and gives some insights.
It is necessary to make a presentation, or rather to reassemble it, thoughts get confused, it is difficult to formulate capacious theses.
We also urgently need a 3d illustrator in the team, if there are such, drop the Contacts in the DM. THX @niyazaidarovich

Day 18
The presentation is being done quietly)
The rejection syndrome has passed, I can continue working.
According to the results of the vote, the name "Gameta" won, but our CPO says that naming the game the process of merging a sperm with an egg cell is stupid, so we will have to choose another name 😂 😂
By the way, I already have one in mind, I'll show you soon.
I have to study a lot, read books about game design, study Solidity (read smart contracts), etc.
It is necessary to move on to work on sprints, because when there are no described tasks, it is difficult to take on something.
We are going to finalize the presentation, and go to investors for feedback

👍2😁1
Actually, here is the prototype name and logo
It follows from the words Web 3.0 and metaverse, the WEB3 metaverse
How do you like it?

I wrote a post on what we are doing now, but he left 😂 😂 😂
Therefore, everything is fine with us, the team is growing, we communicate with investors, thinking about game design, designing a website, making up a presentation.

I would never have thought that my life's work would mainly consist of doing and redoing presentations....
I'm serious!
The site is essentially a web presentation.
Pitch/investor deck everything is clear here.
Project story - verbal presentation
A story about yourself - self-presentation
I'm just a little tired 😂 😂 😂
And yes, we finished the presentation, she went into design.
Yesterday I made a list of potential investors in our project. The list is divided as follows: 100 most relevant, 500 average-relevant. In total, there were about 6,700 investors in the world who have ever invested in crypto projects.
I unload investors data from the Pitchbook.com
