Morning Routine 🌅
🫶 Be smart: Go to sleep on time so you wake up fresh for the most important morning meetings (the ones most people will skip after useless parties 👀)
🫶 Hydrate first: 2 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. No coffee, pleaseee 🫠
🫶 Breathwork: 15 minutes of morning breathwork to activate your energy
🫶 Morning walk: If you have time, go for a walk. Singapore is so, so beautiful🌳
Evening / Before Sleep Routine🌙
🫶 Strategic follow-ups: Don’t waste time on everyone. Finalize meetings with 2–3 key people and close them. Many options often look good, but most are just illusions (hi Tinder, hi Hinge 🤣)
🫶 Light evenings: No food 2–3 hours before sleep—you’ll look and feel fresher in the morning
🫶 Hot unwind: Take a hot bath or shower for 15–30 minutes to relax 😌
🫶 Herbal tea: Chamomile or any caffeine-free herbal tea before bed. (No green tea - it still has caffeine!)
