We have three main nadis:
🌞 Pingala Nadi – linked to the right nostril, activates the left (logical, analytical) side of the brain.
🌙 Ida Nadi – linked to the left nostril, activates the right (creative, intuitive) side of the brain.
⚡️ Sushumna Nadi – the central channel, active during deep meditation or when both nostrils flow equally.
