Arizona’s House has passed two Bitcoin reserve bills, SB 1025 and SB 1373, now awaiting Governor Katie Hobbs’ signature. SB 1373 establishes a Digital Assets Strategic Reserve Fund managed by the state treasurer, allowing up to 10% of the fund to be invested annually in Bitcoin and other digital assets, with lending permitted if no additional risk is incurred.
