Arizona’s House has passed two Bitcoin reserve bills, SB 1025 and SB 1373, now awaiting Governor Katie Hobbs’ signature. SB 1373 establishes a Digital Assets Strategic Reserve Fund managed by the state treasurer, allowing up to 10% of the fund to be invested annually in Bitcoin and other digital assets, with lending permitted if no additional risk is incurred. SB 1025 authorizes the state treasurer and retirement systems to invest up to 10% of available funds in Bitcoin and other digital assets. — link
