• Covenant AI (largest decentralized LLM for AI training) claims that Bittensor's decentralization is fake since one person maintains control over the triumvirate, suspends emissions, overrides authority, deprecates projects, and uses token sales coercively
• They left Bittensor as its governance contradicts their permissionless promise
• Const (TAO co-founder) criticizes Covenant AI for an "ugly decision out of malice and greed" while advocating renewed community vote-based ownership to elect subnet teams
• Fish (another major subnet operator) defends Const by detailing his foundational support to Sam on Grail and Templar subnets, accusing Sam of rugging investors and spreading misinformation after Const sold 5% of his tokens
