Hey, let's talk about jobs, happiness... or rather, peace.

Think about it: Success, as we're often taught to see it, is defined by society. And what's important to society? Primarily, the economy. To keep that engine running efficiently, society needs numbers, optimization, and relentless productivity. They need you to squeeze every last drop out of your business or resources to generate more results.

But here's the thing: Society isn't necessarily interested in your creativity, your passions, what brings you joy. And what society deems "right" today could be "wrong" tomorrow. What was celebrated 20 years ago might be frowned upon now. So, can society really be the source of truth?

I don't think so.

Ultimately, you have to decide for yourself what's right and wrong. You have to listen to that inner voice, that feeling of peace or unease. Don't let society dictate your definition of success. Define it for yourself, based on what truly matters to you. Your peace of mind is the ultimate compass.


There's no real difference between people with money and people without when it comes to true happiness. Because happiness, that deep inner peace, is always a choice.

Think about it. How often do we really question why we want that job, that amount of money, those material things? If you dig deep and keep asking yourself, "Why? What will this really give me? What desires am I chasing?"... the answer, at its core, is always peace.

It's so easy to get caught up in the pursuit of "more," but the truth is, you can be incredibly happy and content with $2,000-$4,000 USD per month. Conversely, you can be utterly miserable earning $20,000 USD per month.

Happiness isn't about the numbers in your bank account. It's about the choices you make, the perspective you hold, and the peace you cultivate within yourself.

So, chase peace, job you love, not just paychecks.

I'm a big believer in the power of becoming a founder – building something that gives you true freedom. But, a word of caution:

Before diving in, be really honest with yourself. Will your personality allow you to handle the potential money and success while staying humble and grounded? Can you avoid becoming miserable along the way?

Sadly, I've seen too many founders, web3 folks lose themselves in playing status games. They get caught up in chasing prestige and recognition, and it becomes a losing battle, a trap. They forget what truly matters.

My advice? Choose something you truly love, not just what's trendy (ICO, Web3, Crypto, AI, Memes, Depin, Layer 1/2, …). Trends fade. Authenticity? That's timeless.
