Nifty index slips in Red after Russia says they call on all ukranaian soldiers to lay down arms immediately.

Todays sharp fall was really surprising as there wasn't any negative indicator indicating such a sharp fall, it was purely Event driven fall.

If anyone had predicted last 30min fall than Mr.putin might have told him personally
