LTTS FY21 Q4 NUNBERS

Concall Update :

Guidance FY22 - dollar revenue growth of 13-15% lower than expected. Deal pipeline is strong across all segments.

The company plans to do wage hikes for Junior level from April and senior level from July , however, higher utilisation , employee pyramid by adding freshers and operational efficiencies are likely to offset impact on margins

• CC QoQ came at 3.8% Dollar revenue came at $ 197.5 Mn

• In Q4, the company won 6 deals with TCV of $10 million plus, which includes 2 $25 million plus deals

• On vertical front –
o Transportation - There is traction in autospace in traditional and newer areas. On aerospace commercial side deal size is slowly picking up , digital doing good . management is optimistic about growth in all 3 sub verticals
o Process Eng– Q1 is expected to be muted since the ramp up of 1 client of $100 mn happened before time . However, management indicates of growth in this segment on full year basis
o Industrial Products – All 3 sub segment momentum is to strengthen from Q1
o Medical – Growth is expected to jump from Q2 onwards

• On geographical front , US spend is coming back to pre covid level so growth is expected to be strong next year , Europe there is strength in few pokets , Japan and india in terms of spend decision is slow

• Digital engineering contributes 52% vs QoQ 49% and trend is expected to continue ahead

• EBIT Margin expanded by 137.7 bps and came at 16.6% which improved due to higher Utilisation, change in onsite offshore mix , operational efficiency , lower amortisation in Q4 which was partially offset due to Rupee appreciation

• Utilisation for the quarter stands at 78.9% which management indicates of taking 80%

• Total headcount for the qtr stands at 16452 vs YoY 16883. Management indicates of adding 1000 freshers next year

• Adj. PAT came at Rs. 194.5
• Quarter EPS is Rs. 18.5
• Stock is trading at P/E of 33x FY22E EPS
