The loan book is at Rs 3200 Cr and is on course to hit around Rs 3800-4000 CR in FY26 and Rs 6000 CR + by FY27.
I expect them to grow the book steadily at 50% and improve the ROE in the coming quarters.
SG Finserve is an NBFC with zero NPA because they deal with supply chain financing to the vendors, dealers and distributors of big anchors like APL Apollo, Kajaria, M&M, Tata etc and the payments are routed through the anchors.
In a way the anchors are responsible to pay back the money to SG Finserve which makes lending very safe.
