Inox Wind Limited (IWL) has signed a consortium agreement with banks for ~ Rs 2,200 cr facilities, led by ICICI Bank and other private and foreign banks.
The limits have been sanctioned without corporate guarantees by group companies, reflecting confidence in the company's financial strength.
This arrangement vacates prior corporate guarantees from Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd.
