Keynote Capitals initiated coverage on Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Ltd.
(DFPCL) with a BUY rating and a target price of Rs. 2,132 (+98%).

The basis for the target price is the company's capacity expansion in TAN and nitric acid, backward integration into ammonia, and favorable macro trends.

The valuation is ascribed an EV/EBITDA multiple of ~10 times, with expected improvement in gross margins from ~32% in FY24 to ~36% in FY27 and EBITDA margins to increase from ~15% to ~20% over the same period.
