🔸Market are at such a level
That everyone is talking about correction or crash

🔸Currently we can Relate current situation to biggesr crisis of 2007-2008 ( Lehman Brothers )
As at that Time in 2007 Sept
Rate cut started
This time also Rate cut is expected in coming week
But Every fall & Every Panics & crisis are different

🔸No doubt the valuation are getting stretched
But as Told by Mr.Rakesh Junjunwala that we are in secular BULL 🐂 MARKET
& Biggest money is made on mounting of all Worries —-> At bottom also it applies and also at stretched valuation
How much it wld be stretched No One Knows ( We can just predict based of Numbers/Data/History & experience of Individual)

🔸There are always going to be few pockets which wld outperform markets
( I am searching that pockets and wld stay invested that and has also Gave few ideas 💡 in this Group)

🔸Show me a country in world 🌍 where there is Growth and so much liquidity coming.

🔸Till Time Liquidity is there all corrections wld be shallow and Would be Bought

🔸No doubt whenever correction wld come Midcaps/Smallcaps/microcaps/SME would be hit Very HARD

🔸I am in markets from 2003-2004 onwards has seen many Bull & Bear phase and uncertain events also & Have seen Upper Circuit and Lower circuit to SENSEX & NIFTY BOTH in my Journey from 1500 To 25000 in Nifty

🔸Understand difference between Correction and crash
2%~5%~ 10% or even 15% from Top 🔝 is correction
Markets can’t move one way

🔸Crash happens due to uncertainties and big events to fail or due to Crisis or scams and than it takes 1-2-3 years to overcome that jerk slow & steadily.But ultimately markets has to go up and individual stocks where there is growth performs well ahead of markets

🔸I understand only 1 think markets don’t Run as per our expectations Nor we can be right at every time.
Market always Does opposite of what General mass Predicts ( Check History it’s my Experience)

🔸What I understand is stay with Growth oriented companies and keep booking profits as per Risk
& Buying in bigger panics and bigger cracks at cheap valuation has always Helped

🔸I take stock market as BUSSINESS
Show me a single Bussiness which gives so much Ease & Give Good profits if you stay for 1-2-3-5 years

I am avoiding companies that are Trading at 100 P.E & Management Giving 50%/100%➕ Guidance —-> As any misses in Guidance would Hit you very Very Hard on stock price

Other large size peers like LIC Housing, PNB Housing, Canfin Housing are available at P/B 1.3-2.7x.

Smaller players like Aadhar, Aavas, Aptus and Home Finance are available at range of 3.3x to 4.8x.
