Customer prefer Goldiam's LGD because of innovative designs, timely delivery and superior customer service.

β€’ Price erosions were there because of oversupply but prices are now getting stablised as several production units have shut down.

β€’ FY 25 will see opening of stores of ORIGEM company's B2C stores.

Plan is to open 3-5 stores in FY25 and rapid scale-up post FY25.

β€’ Planning to launch ORIGEM in Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi & NCR regions. All stores will be on COCO model.

β€’ ORIGEM will have LGD studded jewellery in 18 or 14 carat gold. Target is not to have wedding collections but more of AM to PM kind of jewellery.

β€’ Company is planning to launch 15-18 stores in the currently targeted area and then evaluate the market. Further additions will then be decided.

β€’ For export business company have added a few retailers in Europe and the Middle East. But these are mostly small stores.

β€’ How does the company intend to create market and acceptability for LGD in India? Firstly company intends to capture sales from the people who want to buy LGD but do not have any trusted source for the same. Create awareness and educate customers about LGD both in store and through online medium.

β€’ Capex per store is approx 2.7 - 3.2 cr inventory per store. 50 lakh deposits and 50 lakhs for fit out.

β€’ Breakeven for each store should be around 30 lakhs P/M. After that there is potential that this number can go upto 1 cr. Thus significant operating leverage can come into play over time.
