During current phase,
one can play in two ways
🔸There is no harm sitting on the cash. Wait and sit on cash, or just put your money in to liquid or ultra short debt fund for the time being.
🔸 If valuation is not insane and if you still see there is growth opportunities despite of the recent froth, someone may want to deploy the capital in tranches.
🔸Out of 10-15 stocks in your existing portfolio, you will surely find at least 1-2 stocks that are not over valued or reasonably valued.And They won't correct much in downfall and slowly recovers and comes to same level when they were at peak. Try to find those stocks and stay with them
🔸Patience is the key and like a magnet for your long term wealth.
🔸During this phase continue finding out the new businesses, start with what could be the theme for the next 2 - 3 - 5 - 6 -
7 years and start from the sectors which has Better outlook and Companies which are doing CAPEX
