Price is now reacting well to the 61.8% fib which is acting as a support zone.

- Wave E wasn't respected due to its creation of a false breakout, many retail traders will assume it is going to drop.

- Wave E is counted as the consolidation and reversal at the support zone.

👉 Confirmations are very important!

There are many methods out there to determine a future reversal:

- One of the most popular method is through wave counting.
- When we see 5 waves in total, it usually means the end of the runs and next move should be a correction.
- This correction ends up being a reversal.
