Cantarella S1 Nerfed, S3 and S6 Buffed

• S1 nerfed (105% → 50%) ← Less impact from initial Resonance Skills.

• S3 buffed (180% → 370%) → Major boost to Resonance Liberation -Flowing Suffocation.

• S6 buffed (65% → 80%) → Higher Basic Attack - Phantom Sting DMG, plus DEF ignore for 10s.

• No changes to the base kit.

Overall, these changes shift her power from frequent skill spamming (S1) to higher burst potential (S3 & S6), making her Resonance Liberation and Basic Attacks significantly stronger.
