so in the middle of making tutorials im starting off with retrowave. im simplifying them so anyone can pick it up and make retrowave art with ease, still middle of doing it though so it might take some time before i release it. when im finished il have it on my patreon so for a small fee you'll be able to know exactly how to make the art. this oc was made using the tutorial give you a few examples of what can be done with them.
