[Notice: Drop Delivery Issue & Compensation]
We’ve identified an issue where DROP were not delivered to users who made purchases in R.O.H.A.N.2 Global from Oct 29, 2025, 8:57 AM UTC to Nov 3, 2025, 3:57 AM UTC.
The issue occurred because our security system temporarily blocked authentication calls as part of its protection measures.
All affected users have been identified, and full compensation will be issued by Nov 4 (UTC) - including both:
- the missing R2 DROP matching your in-game purchases
- an additional 100% BONUS DROP as an apology.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. To prevent similar issues in the future, we’re reinforcing our DROP delivery system and enhancing CS monitoring.

We’ve identified an issue where DROP were not delivered to users who made purchases in R.O.H.A.N.2 Global from Oct 29, 2025, 8:57 AM UTC to Nov 3, 2025, 3:57 AM UTC.
The issue occurred because our security system temporarily blocked authentication calls as part of its protection measures.
All affected users have been identified, and full compensation will be issued by Nov 4 (UTC) - including both:
- the missing R2 DROP matching your in-game purchases
- an additional 100% BONUS DROP as an apology.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. To prevent similar issues in the future, we’re reinforcing our DROP delivery system and enhancing CS monitoring.
