Ukrainian fighters repelled a large-scale Russian assault on motorcycles and civilian cars with "grills" in the area of Kostiantynopil village, Donetsk region. It’s reported that 18 motorcycles and 10 civilian cars were used in the assault, possibly indicating a severe shortage of proper equipment.

Russian Komsomol activists staged their final forced march 20 km from Ukrainian positions. Ukrainian fighters spotted enemy vehicles, from which two "infantry titans" emerged and started marching forward on foot. The Ukrainians swapped drone batteries while the enemy ran, then swiftly took out the activists in an open area.

Zelenskyy and von der Leyen discussed Ukraine’s EU accession steps in Rome. "Europe will always stand by Ukraine in its pursuit of peace. You can count on our support for a just and lasting peace," von der Leyen wrote on X. She added they reviewed Ukraine’s efforts to join the EU family of nations.

Sanctions on Russia: a bipartisan bill with additional tariffs on countries buying Russian oil, gas, and uranium is ready, says Senator Lindsey Graham. He added that the Senate is prepared to move forward and will pass it with an overwhelming majority if Russia doesn’t pursue a fair, just, and lasting peace.

Per DeepState, fighting in Kursk continues this morning, despite Russian leadership's claims of "liberating" the region. The enemy remains active near Gornal and Oleshnya, the last villages under Ukrainian control.
