🔥Meet the “Firebirds” Major Update!

Meet Firebirds, War Thunder’s second to last 2024 major update!
Immediately worth mentioning is that the F-117A has joined the ranks as a squadron vehicle, providing brand-new stealth capability to the game! Several jet aircraft including the Tornado GR.4, Su-34 and F-15E Strike Eagle have entered the fray, as well as several cockpit remakes and two brand-new helicopters. As for ground vehicles, Firebirds focuses on lighter vehicles and filling gaps, including the Skink and T77E1 SPAA for the US, Ram II and Scimitar for Great Britain, the PLZ05 for China and three Dutch Leopards for France. Dunkerque takes center stage for naval, while the Abandoned Factory map has received a visual update, providing a freshened experience for tankers. Test flights have been greatly expanded with more enemies, options and new airfields, and lastly the game has seen a large amount of updates to graphics & effects, including Ray tracing, new afterburner visuals, LERX vapor and much more.

💅40 New User-Created Camouflages in the Firebirds Trophy!

To mark the release of the Firebirds major update, we’re presenting a trophy today that includes 40 camouflages from 38 authors from WT.Live! You’ll find 18 camouflages for ground vehicles, 18 for aircraft, 2 for naval and 2 for helicopters for most ranks and nations.

Since this is the second autumn trophy, we’re traditionally returning several of the most expensive and popular camouflages from previous trophies. In addition to camouflages, you can get a unique decal and rare vehicles — and all this is in the form of coupons!

Meet this aircraft event, dedicated to the first Romanian jet fighter — the IAR-93B, jointly developed with Yugoslavia! By participating in air battles to gain points, you’ll be able to get this aircraft, a loading screen dedicated to it, two themed decals and other rewards.

📜Pages of History (December): World Champion!

In this month’s Pages of History, you’ll be at the center of events that took place in different theaters of war. From Papua New Guinea and China to Kursk and the Ardennes: take part in battles with the vehicles corresponding to these historic battles and receive prizes.

🏪From December 1st until December 31st, you’ll be offered 8 tasks consecutively. Completing each will reward you with a trophy, and completing all of them will earn you a unique player icon.

was the commander of the 37th Tank Battalion in the U.S. Army, which regularly served in the vanguard of General Patton’s Third Army. When the Allied forces were surrounded at Bastogne during the German counter-offensive in the Ardennes, it was Abrams’ 37th Battalion that broke the siege of the city. General Patton said of Abrams, “I’m supposed to be the best tank commander in the Army, but I have one peer—Abe Abrams. He’s the world champion.”

🎁Trophy reward for each task

Completing each individual task will give you a trophy with one of the following rewards:
▪️20-50% RP booster for 3-10 battles;
▪️20-50% SL booster for 3-10 battles;
▪️3-5 universal backups;
▪️Premium account for 1 day;
▪️A random camouflage for ground vehicles (out of the selection of camouflages currently obtainable in game for completing tasks, or purchasing with Golden Eagles).

Other terms
▪️Tasks are available from 11:00 GMT until 11:30 GMT on the final day of each task.
▪️Tasks can be completed in random battles except for “Assault” mode.
