๐ต๐ธโ๐ฎ๐ฑ About the ceasefire, we discussed earlier the characteristics of an acceptable deal for Hamas. We also mentioned that Hamas will not accept a deal without a complete stop and withdrawal.
The Americans and the Egyptians advanced thus forward a solution, they both offered to guarantee those demands in a third phase of a supposed agreement. Reportedly, that means that if a deal was ever to be signed, Gaza would have to be occupied for at least 100~ days more, but with a certain end.
However, those guarantees must come with a price, because Israel, and especially Netanyahu will not accept an end to the conflict without reaching an acceptable objective. The publicly claimed objective was the complete destruction of Hamas, but this would mean an invasion of Rafah, which both Egypt and America seem to be strongly against, making this objective quite unrealistic for now.
I, for myself, think that a deal will not be reached because if a deal was to be done in such a way, Netanyahu would be finished politically, but I do hope that he does yield to the pressure of the Americans to end the war.
All questions will be answered very soon, and they might even be answered in the next 24 hours.

๐ต๐ธโ๐ฎ๐ฑ Israel drops flyers over southern Gaza. The flyer reads:
As Rafah is not included in the humanitarian corridor anymore, this announcement is perhaps the first step to push refugees away from Rafah to central Gaza, so as to make the operation more manageable.
The IDF announces the expansion of the humanitarian corridor in Al-Mawasi area [shown in map].
From now on, the humanitarian corridor will expand from: north to Deir Al-Balah, south to blocks 2360, 2371, 2373, East to the downtown of Khan Younis.
The IDF will continue fighting terrorist organizations that use you as human shields.
Therefore, the city of Gaza is a dangerous battlefield. Do not go north of Wadi Gaza [as in Netzarim Axis]. do not come near the technical separation fence.
As Rafah is not included in the humanitarian corridor anymore, this announcement is perhaps the first step to push refugees away from Rafah to central Gaza, so as to make the operation more manageable.

โ ๏ธ Something that I just noticed, the flyer states to not get close to the Eastern fence [with Israel], and the Southern fence with Egypt! Gazans are not allowed to get close to the fence with Egypt anymore.
