The international system must take immediate action to stop the crime of forced displacement, ethnic cleansing, and the massacres being carried out by the occupation army in the north of the Gaza Strip.

The fascist occupation army continues its attempts to implement its criminal plan known as the "Generals' Plan" in the north of the Gaza Strip. It besieges schools and hospitals, commits massacres against innocent citizens and the displaced, and carries out the most brutal forced displacement operations live on air, in full view and hearing of the entire world.

What is happening in Jabalia, its camp, the Beit Lahia project, and the entire northern Gaza Governorate—daily massacres, total destruction, forced displacement, ethnic cleansing, and the brutal targeting of schools, shelters, and hospitals, including the displaced, the sick, and the wounded—is a blatant violation of all laws, statutes, and norms.
