▪️The humanitarian situation in the northern Gaza Strip governorate is becoming more dangerous hour after hour after the occupation launched a large-scale attack on the areas of Beit Hanoun, Beit Lahia and Jabalia for the next fourth day, imposing a tight siege on them, and preventing the entry of water, food and medicine supplies. The occupation has committed massacres against civilians, killing dozens of martyrs and wounding hundreds. The bodies of the martyrs are still in the streets, making it difficult to reach them due to the occupation targeting ambulance and civil defense crews.

▪️The occupation is threatening citizens, whose number exceeds 200,000 people, in the areas and neighborhoods of the northern Gaza Strip governorate to evacuate their homes, committing massacres against civilians to force residents to flee and displace them from their homes.

▪️This evening, the occupation threatened hospitals in the northern Gaza governorate to evacuate them within 24 hours, threatening to target hospitals.

▪️We appeal to the world and all international institutions to pressure the occupation to stop the crime of genocide against the population in the northern Gaza Strip Governorate, enable medical and civil defense teams to do their work, and allow the entry of basic necessities of life.

▪️ Northern Gaza is subjected to one of the most violent campaigns of genocide and we call on the international community to intervene urgently and decisively:

▪️We warn of an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe with the occupation closing its siege on Jabalia camp and the eastern and northern neighborhoods adjacent to it such as Tal al-Zaatar, al-Sikka, Beit Hanoun and Beit Lahia, in addition to positioning itself in the western parts reaching the Jaffa Cemetery and the Tawam Junction for the fourth consecutive day.

▪️The occupation forces have continued to invade large parts of northern Gaza since the evening of last Saturday, October 5, amidst launching raids, fire belts and artillery shelling, including bombing homes over the heads of their residents, which led to dozens of martyrs and wounded.

▪️We received initial information about the occupation forces executing 5 citizens, including a woman, a man and his son, while they were trying to flee Jabalia camp despite the fact that they were raising white flags.

▪️In a dangerous development, the army forces reported the evacuation of Kamal Adwan Hospital located in the Beit Lahia project, at a time when the hospital is under siege by quadcopters with dozens of raids on buildings around it, and its gate is targeted with smoke bombs.

▪️The occupation's bombing cut off the only road through which ambulances used to pass from Kamal Adwan Hospital to the Baptist Hospital to transport dozens of serious injuries.

▪️The field team of the Observatory received testimonies from citizens who were able to reach Gaza City about seeing the bodies of martyrs in the streets, along with other victims under the rubble of houses that were bombed.

▪️Thousands of people trapped in Jabalia, Beit Lahia and Jabalia camps are suffering from a near-total shortage of food supplies, which were already scarce due to the closure of the Israeli crossings, with the cessation of the entry of goods and the few aids that had been entering for more than a week before the new invasion.

▪️The occupation army is working systematically to try to empty northern Gaza of its people and force them to forcibly move to the south.

▪️The occupation army's operation has no military purpose or necessity, but rather comes to complete the destruction operations that have affected more than 85% of the buildings in northern Gaza, and to target civilians and force them to evacuate the area and turn it into a fully military zone.

▪️We demand that the United Nations and the international community intervene immediately to save tens of thousands of civilians in northern Gaza, stop the horrific ethnic cleansing operation being carried out against them, and put an end to the crime of genocide committed by the occupation for the second year in a row.
