In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful
(A Flood Towards Liberation )
A year after the ongoing heroic battle of the Flood of Al-Aqsa
The glorious 7th of October was a historic milestone in our struggle project, and constituted a natural response to the Zionist plots being hatched that aim to liquidate our national cause, tighten control over our land and holy sites and Judaize them, and assert sovereignty over the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque; and to abuse prisoners, and continue the siege of Gaza, where the banner of this heroic battle was carried, with all faith, determination, strength and power; the Martyr Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, along with all the Palestinian resistance factions, and the masses of our people united with it throughout the homeland and abroad, and at its heart are the people of patience, steadfastness and sacrifice in the Gaza Strip, who are at the forefront of the nation in defending the holy land.
Since October 7 of last year, and for a whole year, this Nazi enemy has committed and continues to commit the most heinous crimes and massacres, and has waged against our people the most horrific war of genocide witnessed in contemporary history.
This year-long aggressive war has left more than 41,000 martyrs, most of them women and children, and more than 96,000 wounded and injured. Thousands are still missing under the rubble and debris, in addition to thousands of detainees, in the Gaza Strip alone. As for the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem, more than 600 martyrs have been killed, a quarter of them children, and more than 6,000 have been wounded. Nearly 11,000 of our people are still detained in the occupation’s prisons and are being subjected to the most heinous forms of torture, abuse, and slow killing.
We, in the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), with the passing of a full year since the Al-Aqsa Flood, pray for the souls of our people’s martyrs who ascended during our long struggle in resisting the Zionist enemy, and we pray for the souls of the martyr leaders who ascended in the heroic battle of the Al-Aqsa Flood: the martyred brother leader Ismail Haniyeh, the martyred brother leader Saleh al-Arouri, and the convoys of our nation’s righteous martyrs from the fronts of support and assistance, foremost among them His Eminence the martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and his fellow martyr leaders in the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, whose blood mingled with the blood of our people on the path to liberating Jerusalem and the blessed Al-Aqsa.
We confirm the following:
First: The steadfastness of our great people in the Gaza Strip, their steadfastness on their land, their great sacrifices, their rallying around their resistance and their embrace of it, while they are patient, steadfast and hopeful, over the course of a whole year, is the rock upon which all the occupation’s plans for displacement, undermining our rights and liquidating our cause have been shattered.
Second: The cowardly assassination crimes carried out by the fascist occupation against the leaders, symbols and cadres of the resistance forces inside and outside Palestine, and against the resistance leaders on the support fronts, will only increase our strength, steadfastness and determination to confront the occupation and its aggressive plans, until it is defeated and eliminated.
*Thirdly:* After a year of the ongoing Battle of the Flood of Al-Aqsa, we express our pride and honor:
1. With the legendary epic that our great people in the Gaza Strip wrote, during which they wrote a glorious history for our people and our nation, with their blood, pain, hunger and thirst, as they continue to defend their dignity, freedom and independence.
2. With the heroic deeds of the valiant resistance, our victorious battalions, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the Al-Quds Brigades, and all the resistance forces who shattered the false myth of occupation, brought the hateful occupation closer to its inevitable end and its demise from our land, and offered martyrs from among the leaders and soldiers for this

purpose.
3. With the heroism of our revolutionary youth and resistance men in our proud West Bank, who clash with the occupation army and defend their land and holy sites against the enemy’s crimes, its aggressive incursions into cities and camps, the rampage of its extremist settlers, and their desecration of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Fourth: The movement has made, and continues to make, great efforts to stop the aggression and end the suffering of our people, and has dealt positively with all initiatives, while firmly adhering to a permanent cessation of aggression and complete withdrawal, and adhering to the rights, constants and aspirations of our people, and loyalty to their blood and sacrifices.
Fifth: All the lies and black propaganda that the occupation and its fascist government marketed against our people and our resistance have collapsed, and their falsehood and invalidity have been exposed. All the rumors and psychological warfare have also failed to shake the popular incubator of the resistance.
Sixth: We hold the US administration, a partner in this aggression, fully responsible for the continuation of these crimes and genocide, and we call on it to stop its policy of bias and support for the occupation, and to work immediately to stop this brutal genocide.

Seventh: The Zionist enemy’s expansion of its circle of aggression to include Arab and Islamic countries in Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Iraq and Iran proves once again that it poses a real threat to the security and stability of the region, and to regional and international peace and security, and that the need has now become urgent to deter this rogue entity, isolate and boycott it, and close all attempts to integrate it into the body of our nation, or normalize relations with it.
Eighth: We highly value and appreciate the jihad and sacrifices of our brothers in Hezbollah, the Islamic Resistance, and the Islamic Group in Lebanon, Ansar Allah in Yemen, and the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, in terms of support, great sacrifices, participation, and backing for our people and their resistance in the Al-Aqsa Flood, and we call on all the forces of the nation and its free people to engage in this heroic battle, to gain the honor of defending Jerusalem and the blessed Al-Aqsa.
Ninth: We renew our call to our Arab and Islamic countries to take urgent steps to stop the ongoing aggression and genocide against our people, implement the decisions of the joint Arab and Islamic summit held in Riyadh on November 11 of last year, take serious action to break the siege, bring aid and relief to the Gaza Strip, and sever all forms of political, diplomatic and economic relations with the Zionist entity.
*Tenth:* We express our appreciation and thanks to the Republic of South Africa for filing a lawsuit before the International Court of Justice against the Zionist occupation for committing the crime of genocide in the Gaza Strip, and to all the countries that joined it in this lawsuit. We appreciate all the official, popular and partisan positions, initiatives and activities in our Arab and Islamic world and in all countries of the world. We commend the mass movement of all free peoples and people of living conscience in all capitals, the union and popular movements, and student protests in universities supporting the rights of our people. We call for escalating solidarity activities in all fields and arenas, strengthening the boycott of the occupation, denouncing its crimes, and pressuring the countries, entities, companies and organizations that support the genocide in the Gaza Strip.
Eleventh: We call upon the masses of our Palestinian people in the West Bank, Jerusalem, the occupied interior, and in refugee camps and the diaspora to escalate all forms of resistance and struggle and confront the Zionist enemy and its plans. We also call upon all Palestinian political factions, including movements, factions, organizations, and national figures, to unite and cohesion, raise the voice of national responsibility, and focus all efforts and capabilities to confront this fascist aggression.
Finally, we confirm to the whole world that there is no compromise on our people’s legitimate right to resist the occupation by all means, in order to establish our free and independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital, and to live a free and dignified life, without siege, bombing, threats or guardianship, like the rest of the peoples of the world. Our great people and their valiant resistance will continue their legendary epic in the Battle of the Flood of Al-Aqsa, confronting the aggression and thwarting its aggressive plans.
Mercy, glory and eternity to the martyrs of our people and nation, healing to the wounded and sick, and freedom to the prisoners and detainees in the enemy’s prisons.
