⭕The freed Palestinian prisoner Abdul Aziz Salha was martyred this morning in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a tent for displaced people inside a school in Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.

On October 12, 2000, about two weeks after the outbreak of the Second Intifada, Salha was photographed extending his hands out of the window of the Ramallah police station after carrying out a resistance operation that resulted in the death of an Israeli soldier.

Salha, who is from Ramallah, was released and forcibly transferred to Gaza in a prisoner exchange deal between Hamas and the Israeli occupation.
