Britain's Foreign Secretary David Lammy has met with an occupation’s opposition leader who called for the starvation of Palestinians in Gaza.

Yair Golan, who was a Knesset member for the Meretz party, which describes itself as leftist, is also set to meet Prime Minister Keir Starmer at the UK Labour Party's annual conference in Liverpool.

At the same conference the occupation’s ambassador Tzipi Tipsy Hotovely met with several Labour officials and thanked Labour Friends of “Israel”.

Also, in yet another moment of lack of self-awareness, when addressing Russia, David Lammy said “as a black man, I know imperialism when I see it”.
