shared an image pinpointing hospitals where the group has been active after 100 days of Israeli war on Gaza.

Subjected to Israeli targeting and evacuation orders, the organization urges action to protect Gaza hospitals from any further targeting.

🔺Media coverage: 'UN Watch,' a monitor of UN performance, claims to have identified alleged UNRWA members affiliated with the October 7 attack.

The non-governmental, unabashed Pro-Israeli organization published several screenshots of chat messages on its site without further evidence to corroborate the information it provides or the alleged participation in the attack, as Israel claims.

The chat messages with the 'evidence' are said to be from a Telegram channel

People are upset at an Israeli policewoman who posted a video of her freezing two live mice. “It's sad but cute,” she says. “He tried to warm her up, and she died like that.”

🔺What is UNRWA and who funds it?
The acronym stands for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East.

It was established in 1949 to cater to tens of thousands of Palestinians ethnically cleansed from their homes by Jewish militias from areas that currently form part of Israel.

It operates in the occupied West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza, as well as in Jordan, Lebanon and Syria – the neighbouring countries where the Palestinian refugees took shelter after the Nakba.

It is funded almost entirely by voluntary contributions apart from a limited subsidy from the UN, which is used exclusively for administrative costs.


It is argued that if UNRWA was disbanded and responsibility for Palestinian refugees handed over to other UN agencies Palestinians would be resettled out of Israel (occupied Palestine) and give up the right of return.
