The Cradle:

The UK requested Lebanon to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to agree to the deployment of British troops on its soil, before the beginning of the Al-Aqsa Flood.

The clauses include granting British military personnel immunity from arrest or prosecution, adding that if any are detained, they must be immediately handed over to UK forces. Another is giving them authority to move around the country armed and in uniform.

“The memorandum guarantees that, in the event of a misinterpretation or non-compliance with the terms, Lebanon will not be able to resort to any international court or third party to resolve the dispute,” Al-Akhbar wrote in November.

The Lebanese government has said that the MoU constitutes a violation of Lebanon’s sovereignty.

Basically, the UK is trying to do to Lebanon what the US did to Italy. Thankfully, the Lebanese are way smarter than the Italians.

The enemy has crossed all controls, laws and red lines

Nasrallah: What happened on Tuesday was the enemy targeting pagers and detonating them simultaneously, thus crossing all laws and red lines and not caring about anything, neither humane nor moral.

The enemy used a civilian method used by large segments of society and did so again on Wednesday by blowing up wireless devices without caring who was carrying them. As a result of this aggression, dozens of martyrs, including children, women and civilians, were killed.

The enemy assumes that the pagers, which number more than 4,000, are distributed among the brothers and sisters in Hezbollah, and in doing so, it was deliberately killing 4,000 people in one minute.

On the second day, the enemy intended to kill thousands as well. That is, over the course of two days, the Israeli enemy wanted to kill no less than 5,000 in two minutes.

Nasrallah: We will adopt the name Tuesday’s massacre and Wednesday’s massacre, and God, with His kindness and generosity, averted a lot of calamity because many of these injuries were minor and a number of these pagers were turned off and some of them had not yet been distributed.

By the grace and kindness of God, and by the sincere and honest human efforts, jealousy, zeal, and the large presence of the various segments of our people, a large part of the enemy’s goal was disrupted.

Nasrallah:We have formed technical and security investigation committees and are studying all hypotheses and have reached a semi-result, but this file is under investigation and close follow-up, whether from the company to manufacturing to transportation and procedures in Lebanon to distribution, and when we reach a result, the matter will be built upon accordingly.

There is no doubt that we have been exposed to a major security and humanitarian blow, unprecedented in the history of the resistance in Lebanon, as well as unprecedented at the level of Lebanon and the conflict with the Zionist enemy and at the level of the world.

Nasrallah: This is the state of war and conflict, and we know that our enemy has superiority on the technological level because the West stands behind him. When we enter this conflict, we bet on effort, sacrifices, attrition, and the accumulation of points to win. War is a contest, one day we are against our enemy and one day our enemy is against us.
