An Al Jazeera expert reports that the factory responsible for producing the pagers is located in Budapest, Hungary. He also stated that the release of the pager shipment from customs in a Middle Eastern country was delayed for several months. Additionally, he suggested that a country had permitted Mossad access to these devices.
