A powerful lawsuit has been filed by Democracy For The Arab World Now (DAWN) against the US State Department, demanding the release of crucial documents exposing “Israel’s” human rights abuses. The Leahy Law prohibits the US from providing arms to militaries that commit such violations, yet the US continues to arm “Israeli” forces despite clear evidence of atrocities.

👉 In May, the State Department’s own report found “reasonable grounds” that “Israel” used US weapons unlawfully in Gaza. But the Biden administration refused to take decisive action.

🚨 Double Standards: DAWN's Executive Director, Sarah Leah Whitson, revealed the US has failed to apply Leahy Law restrictions to notorious “Israeli” units like Netzah Yehudah, involved in horrific incidents such as the murder of 80-year-old Omar Muhammad Assad.

“The State Department is complicit in “Israeli” war crimes,” stated Josh Paul, a former State Department official, as he called for transparency on these gross violations.
