In continuation of our approach to resisting the occupation, in support of our people in Gaza, and in response to the massacres committed by the usurping entity against Palestinian civilians, including children, women and the elderly, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq targeted the port of Haifa in our occupied territories this morning, Wednesday, September 4, 2024, using drones. The Islamic Resistance confirms its continuation in destroying the strongholds of the enemies.

Victory comes only from Allah. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.

The convening of the UN Security Council today at a Zionist request, with the American, British, and French support to discuss the file of Zionist prisoners held by the resistance, at the same time, the Holocaust and the war of genocide to which our defenseless Palestinian people are being subjected in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank and our prisoners in the occupation prisons, at the hands of the Zionist extremist government and its terrorist army; raises signs of surprise and dismay in light of the state of disruption that the Council is facing, under the American and Western will, which obstruct it from assuming its role in stopping the crimes and violations of the occupation.

The occupation's attempt to impose its false narrative about the cause of the death of the six prisoners held by the resistance is a blatant continuation of the series of lies that no one is fooled by anymore.

The fate of the Zionist prisoners in the Gaza Strip is in the hands of the war criminal Netanyahu alone. Netanyahu and his terrorist army are the ones who bear full responsibility for the killing of the six prisoners.

Netanyahu's bet on the policy of military escalation and the attempt to liberate the prisoners by force has failed. It has led to the killing of more of them at the hands of his army.

Netanyahu's continued policy of intransigence and evasion and obstruction of reaching an agreement puts the lives of more prisoners at risk.

The Hamas Movement demands the following from the Security Council:

1. The need to take immediate action to stop the genocide against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, to implement its resolution No. 2735 regarding the war on Gaza, and to oblige the Israeli occupation to do so.

2. Stop the Zionist aggression against our people in the occupied West Bank and stop the ongoing Nazi military operation there.

3. Condemn and stop the settlements' construction that are swallowing and expropriating more Palestinian land.

4. Probe the crimes of genocide and ethnic cleansing against our people in the Gaza Strip, which resulted in the killing of 50,000 martyrs and more than 150,000 others wounded, and hold accountable all those involved in these crimes.

5. Probe the field executions and deliberate killing of more than 60 Palestinian prisoners in the occupation prisons, which were carried out under the cover of the criminal Netanyahu and his fascist government.

We call on the Security Council to carry out its duties in obliging the occupation to stop its flagrant violations of international law and the rights of our prisoners and release them.

We also reiterate our welcome to any agreement that guarantees the implementation of a serious and real deal, an end to the aggression, the complete withdrawal of the occupation from the Gaza Strip, the return of the displaced, relief, and reconstruction.
