πΊ Palestinian journalists are increasingly choosing to put an end to their reporting because the costs of sharing the truth to the rest of the world has begun to outweigh the benefits.
On Jan 7th Palestinian journalist Anas El-Najar announced the end of his press coverage, he was followed by Ismail Jood 3 days later who released a statement "...seeking safety within family is better option than seeking coverage for a world that doesn't know the meaning of humanity and compassion."
That same day journalists Mustafa Thuraya and Hamza Al-Dahdouh, eldest son of Wael Al-Dahdouh, were murdered proving Jood's words true.
The open admission of Israel in targeting journalists and labeling them terrorists has forced the Palestinian journalists to stop wearing their press vests which identified them distinctly.
Since Oct 7th the Palestinian press has successfully shattered the obscurity that the Israeli regime has so long been able to maintain. A fact that has led to the murder of 118 journalists as of mid January.

πΊA French journalist asked an IDF spokesman whether they still believed there was a Hamas command center under al-Shifa Hospital, pointing out that the evidence presented after the IDF seized it didn't match the original claims made by Israel.
He replied that it was "unacceptable" for "a democracy like yours to ask another democracy a question" and added that such a question was "extremely weird or even nauseating"
Asking for the truth is weird
