🔻The Heritage Foundation's 10th annual Index of Military Strength, released 24 January, has ranked the US military as “weak” for a second year in a row.

The report rates each branch of service on ‘strength in capacity, capability and readiness,’ as either ‘very weak,’ ‘weak,’ ‘marginal,’ ‘strong’ or ‘very strong.’

Based on these, the report rated the Air Force as “very weak,” the Navy as “weak,” and the Army as “marginal” overall.

For 10 years this Index has monitored the US Navy's slow decline, with too little shipyard capacity, too few ships to pace the threats and misguided leadership that has led to a recruitment crisis.

The report concludes that no branch of the army is ready to face a major conflict.

🔺Israeli snipers shot and killed two brothers in Khan Yunis yesterday. Nahid Adel Barbakh was shot by an Israeli sniper while evacuating Khan Yunis; his brother Ramiz tried to help him but was also targeted.
Israeli snipers shot anyone who tried to rescue them, both were pronounced dead at the scene.

An Emirati psychiatric medical team has arrived in Israel to treat soldiers of the occupying Israeli entity returning from Gaza and help them psychologically after the disturbances, panic, and night-time urination resulting from their failed confrontations in front of the valiant Palestinian resistance fighters.

In a joint statement, 25 Republican governors declare that "the authors of the U.S. Constitution made clear that in times like this, states have a right of self-defense... the Biden Administration has abdicated its constitutional compact duties to the states [and] Texas has every legal justification to protect the sovereignty of our states and our nation."

Biden has issued an ultimatum to Texas, they'll have to relinquish control of their own border on 26th January 2024. Sounds like Biden will have a very busy day tomorrow.
