We mourn the journalist "Ali Ta'ima" who was martyred today, Monday, in an "Israeli" bombardment on the city of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.

Journalist Ta'ima (39 years old) was working as a photographer for the "Awda" satellite channel in the Gaza Strip.

We renew our strong condemnation of the "Israeli" occupation "army" continuing to target journalists in Gaza, killing, wounding and arresting dozens of them since the beginning of the war on October 7, 2023.

We stress the need for urgent and immediate international intervention to stop the unprecedented "Israeli" persistence in targeting journalists in Gaza, which records the bloodiest toll of killing journalists in modern history.
