๐บThis badge was spotted on the chest of an Israeli soldier sent to confiscate and displace Palestinians from their tents in the village of Umm al-Khair, south of Hebron.
This patch, also seen on American forces during the Iraq occupation, indicates the soldier's background and underscores the lenient rules of engagement for Israeli soldiers in the occupied West Bank.

More on the ICJ ruling and its consequences:
There is a precedent, dated 21 June 1971, in which the ICJ ruled a similar advisory opinion on an occupation (Namibia vs South Africa).
The Court found that
1. the continued presence of South Africa in Namibia was illegal
2. South Africa was under an obligation to withdraw its administration immediately
3. States Members of the United Nations were under an obligation to recognize the illegality of the occupation and the invalidity of its acts on behalf of or concerning the occupied
4. States Members were to refrain from any acts implying recognition of the legality of, or lending support or assistance to, such presence and administration.
5. Non Member States were to give assistance in the action taken by the United Nations with regard to Namibia.
Comment:
It looks like todayโs ruling cannot be contested, as it is based on a solid precedent. Furthermore, this ruling can be used by you immediately if the authorities harass you at protests or if you get sued for slander or called an anti-semite. Plus, it has the potential of being used for suing businesses that trade with the occupation.
IMPORTANT:
From today on, even those IOF soldiers who didnโt go to combat could be charged with partaking in apartheid.
โข If you live in a country that has signed the International Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid (like most states in the ME, except Saudi and UAE, but including Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Ethiopia, Somalia, and Sudan), lucky you.
โข If you donโt but your country is part of the ICC, apartheid is prosecuted as a war crime or a crime against humanity through the ICC.
Remember that
1) Palestine has accepted the jurisdiction of the ICC so any act of apartheid done in the Occupied Territories by anyone can be punished by the ICC.
2) Any national of any country under the ICC can be punished for any war crime or crime against humanity anywhere
โผ๏ธ It is counterintuitive but suing a โsmall fishโ first (for example an IOF soldier who just came back to your country) might be way more important than a "big name", and on two counts: for one, s/he is unlikely to enjoy the same protection as a โbig fishโ and, for two, s/he might use something in self-defense that incriminates a bigger fish (like, for example, a military procedure or an order they were given) or helps discover a trail of responsibilities in his/her higher-ups that can lead to charging more important people despite their "friends".

MechOsint:
He tracked the US Aircraft Carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) with the help of the last supply flight C2 Greyhound reg. 162163. That's a close estimation of the location, the carrier can't be further away than this area, nowhere near Yemen (first picture).
When he tracked the USS Eisenhower back in December, and it was located in the gulf of Aden or near Oman, it was using the Omani airspace which is a shorter route (C2's have small tanks). So it's fair to conclude the C2 is avoiding Omani airspace as long as it does not need it (second picture).
