🔺 Shalev Hulio, announced while in Gaza on November 7th, the raising of 33.6M for an Israeli cyber startup called Dream security.

"We are here on the Gaza border,” said Hulio, the Israeli entrepreneur, on a little-noted YouTube video released by his new start-up, Dream Security. Hulio, a reservist who had been called up for duty, appeared in the video with a gun slung over his shoulder among other IDF reservists. An unusual place for a tech company to announce a successful venture of capital raising.

Hulio also the former CEO of NSO a company marred by human rights abuses has been missing from the tech industry until recently. After Pegasus, NSO's phone hacking software was blacklisted by the US.
