Indonesia and Slovenia will start a further legal case against Israel at the ICJ. This case is about seeking advisory opinion of the court about whether Israel can be classed as an occupying power under the law. The importance of it is, the ruling can be used by domestic courts in stopping other countries from helping Israel occupy the Palestinian land.
