Abu Musab al-Qassami al-Salib was arrested for the third time on September 6, 1994.

His letter sent by his lawyer, entitled “And I Wait,” revealed that he had been injected with a mysterious needle by a nurse. This led to his health deteriorating, and he died after 6 months of illness

The martyr was arrested with a torn cartilage in his right leg and walking on a crutch due to the complications of the abuse he suffered during the arrest that preceded this. His injury was a means of assassinating him under the pretext of giving him painkillers to deal with the pain he was suffering. This is not the first crime nor the last crime that reveals the entity’s medical sector’s involvement in crimes of torture and assassination.

Until this moment, occupation doctors are still injecting Palestinian prisoners with unknown substances that cause cancer or memory loss, in addition to stealing the organs and skin of the bodies of Palestinians they are holding.
