• Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas responded to an official Jordanian request not to participate with the Fatah movement in the Palestinian dialogues in China at the end of last June.

• The Jordanian request came during the Dead Sea meetings in the middle of last month, when Amman considered that the Authority’s participation in the China meeting would give legitimacy to the Hamas movement, strengthen the Chinese role, and reduce the Authority’s political role.

The resistance will not wait long and the occupation should not bet on military pressure on civilians because it has proven to fail.

War criminal Benjamin Netanyahu continues his malicious attempts to obstruct reaching a ceasefire agreement for narrow political reasons, as he escalated his aggression on large neighborhoods of Gaza, forcing thousands of our exhausted people to flee without shelter or possessions, and were subjected to violent bombardment by aircraft and artillery, all in the meantime. An attempt by him to thwart the agreement.

- The American administration turns a blind eye to Netanyahu’s attempts to thwart the agreement, and spreads lies that the occupation agreed to Biden’s proposal, in an attempt to distort the facts and hold the resistance responsible for the failure, which reveals its involvement in war crimes and its complicity with the enemy.

The resistance will not wait long regarding the ceasefire proposal, as it has dealt seriously and responsibly with all proposals to end the devastating war on the basis of a complete ceasefire and comprehensive withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, but Netanyahu is constantly obstructing the deal. Therefore, international pressure must shift to the occupation to prevent this cowardly criminal from committing more crimes against our people and obstructing any agreement.

Using innocent civilians as human shields and a means to pressure the resistance to soften its position in the negotiations are repeated Zionist attempts that have proven to fail, and will not budge the resistance’s firm position on a ceasefire. These heinous methods will not achieve the enemy's goals and will not affect the determination and steadfastness of our people.

- With the escalation of the crimes of the occupier in the Gaza Strip on the orders of the war criminal Netanyahu, the chance of reaching an agreement and preventing comprehensive escalation in the region is very slim. The international community is completely complicit because it deliberately ignored Netanyahu’s behavior and did not pressure him to stop his attempts to thwart the agreement. The criminal American administration and the international community must curb Netanyahu's restraint so that the resistance does not have to completely close the negotiations file, as it has the power and pressure cards to entrap the enemy into a long battle of attrition.

We warn the masses of our people against engaging in the psychological war of occupation that aims to increase pressure on the popular incubator to strike and weaken the resistance. These plans will fail and will be shattered on the rock of the steadfastness and resistance of our people, and will not achieve their goals of destabilizing our ranks or changing our positions.

- Despite all the circumstances, the resistance will remain strong and present, and will inflict on the enemy heavy losses in all areas of the Gaza Strip. The enemy must expect more qualitative operations and effective ambushes, and not bet on military pressure on civilians because it has proven to fail.
