A template obtained by Axios includes large pictures of event areas, such as the path leading to the podium and the podium itself, labeled with text like "View from podium" and "View from audience," along with instructions such as "Walk to podium."

This level of detail has raised questions about Biden's abilities, with many Democrats wondering if his staff is just highly attentive or if they are compensating for his perceived limitations.
