We call on the mukhtars, notables, and community leaders to control the rhythm of society and direct it in the right direction so that we form close homes and close hearts, by repelling the transgressor from his transgression and the straying from his misguidance, and disavowing every action or statement that serves the Zionist enemy.

7. We affirm the unity of the Palestinian people, with all their social mosaic and intellectual visions, and their standing behind the resistance until they achieve their legitimate national rights, most importantly the establishment of their independent state with Al-Quds as its capital.
