The crimes of the "Israeli" occupation against our Palestinian people, including the crime in the Nuseirat camp, which claimed the lives of 280 martyrs and 698 wounded, showed, through video clips and reports circulated by various media outlets, that the floating dock was used in preparation and departure to carry out security and military missions, including committing a crime.

Nuseirat camp bore the brunt of a major military and security role in this horrific massacre with the approval and knowledge of the American administration.

This is also indicated by multiple decisions in this regard, including the decision taken by the World Food Programme, which announced the suspension of the entry of their aid into Gaza through the American floating dock due to security concerns.

When US President Biden spoke about the floating dock, and claimed that its cost exceeded 320 million dollars, some were optimistic that this dock would play an important and central role in ending the policy of hunger and providing aid to our Palestinian people, but the worsening famine confirms that this dock was a disaster for our people.

The Palestinian Authority did not provide 1% of the population’s need for food, and we wonder and say: Where is the real role of the floating dock in providing aid to the people of the Gaza Strip in this ongoing famine?

The floating dock off Gaza is nothing but a lie and the selling of illusions, and the American administration’s treatment of the role of this dock over the course of months and long days through the media came only within the framework of misleading public opinion, and a failed attempt to improve the ugly face of the American administration that participates in the crime of genocide.

They collectively, provide all support for the continuation of the genocide and the continued killing of more defenseless civilians who have no power or strength in light of the terrible Arab, Islamic and international silence over this historic crime that is being carried out against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

Civilians, children and women.

Third: We call on the international community, all countries of the world, and all international and international organizations to put pressure on the “Israeli” occupation to open the land crossings immediately and urgently and to bring in thousands of trucks of aid to our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, especially to the Gaza and North governorates, as the famine is deepening significantly, which portends death. Large numbers of sick people and children are suffering as a result of hunger. We affirm that the real solution to the deep humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip, which continues to strike civilians with all cruelty, is to open the land crossings immediately and without delay or procrastination.

Fourth: We condemn in the strongest terms the American administration’s disdain for our Palestinian people through propaganda and media misinformation regarding the floating dock, and its claim that it intends to provide aid through it, but for more than three months it has not provided anything clear, which indicates a state of terrible disregard for the lives of civilians. From our Palestinian people and starving them, and it did not even clarify its position on the security suspicions carried out by this floating security dock.

Fifth: We condemn in the strongest terms the “Israeli” occupation’s burning of the Rafah border crossing, putting it out of service, and depriving more than 25,000 sick and wounded people from traveling to receive treatment outside the Gaza Strip. We also condemn the occupation’s closure of the Kerem Shalom crossing, preventing the entry of medical supplies into hospitals, and preventing the entry of medical teams, medicines, and aid. Which portends a real humanitarian catastrophe.

Sixth: The world today is facing a historical turning point. It has a choice between two things and no third: either lining up with the historical crime and genocide with the “Israeli” occupation and the American administration, or lining up with morality and humanity with our Palestinian people and calling for an end to the war of genocide. Stopping famine and ending the starvation policy that threatens the lives of approximately 2.4 million people in the Gaza Strip.
