Despite the original ban being a response to Israel's war in Gaza, the Paris Commercial Court, under President Patrick Klugman, ruled the exclusion as discriminatory.
This ruling follows a diplomatic spat and a complaint filed by Julien Roitman, the Tel Aviv-based France-Israel Chamber of Commerce.
Although the arms show ends Friday, and the participation of Israeli companies remains uncertain, this decision undermines international law principles and justice.
Additionally, a previous court ruling demanded the exclusion of Israeli officials and intermediaries, which Coges and the French armed forces ministry are appealing.
In a related protest, Jerusalem's Deputy Mayor Fleur Hassan-Nahoum halted garbage collection from the French consulate.
The French armed forces ministry and Coges have yet to comment on this disheartening decision.

Egypt has been a close ally of Israel since president Anwar Sadat signed the Camp David peace agreement with Israel under US auspices in 1979.

In inviting Netanyahu, the American political establishment is making clear that there are no “red lines” to the number of Palestinians the Israeli regime is allowed to murder. The death toll is now approaching 40,000. Hundreds of thousands could be killed, including through mass starvation, and it will not impact the support of the United States.
The WSWS calls on workers in all factories and other workplaces to organize delegations to participate in the demonstration. We also call on students and youth to travel to D.C. to protest on July 24.
The purpose of this demonstration is not to persuade the war criminals to change their minds. They will not. It is to set in motion a powerful anti-war movement on the basis of a genuine strategy against imperialist war.

Saudi is under heat for extreme medical negligence. Difficult scenes have been shown of Muslims who have died in Mecca, and are laid out on the streets for hours without any help or intervention.
According to some sources, the Saudi regime prioritized Saudi Arabians on the top floor, leaving many other pilgrims trampling on one another and causing injuries and deaths.
