Germany cannot morally express commitment to the United Nations Convention against genocide, including atonement for the genocide in Namibia, whilst supporting the equivalent of a holocaust and genocide in Gaza. Various international organizations, such as Human Rights Watch have chillingly concluded that Israel is committing war crimes in Gaza.

President Geingob reiterates his call made on 31 December 2023, “No peace-loving human being can ignore the carnage waged against Palestinians in Gaza”. In that vein, President Geingob appeals to the German Government to reconsider its untimely decision to intervene as a third-party in defence and support of the genocidal acts of Israel before the International Court of Justice.

O sons of our struggling people, O honorable sons of Fatah, at a time when the enemy launches its frenzied attack against the cities, villages, and camps of the brave West Bank, and commits massacres against our people in the wounded Gaza Strip, our people are setting a shining example of steadfastness and struggle, refusing humiliation and degradation.

Yet, we have Imad Abu Hanana, the director of [Palestinian Authority] intelligence in Nablus, known for his persecution of fighters and honorable members of our great movement Fatah, issuing an order to arrest the Fatah brother, Haitham Kaabi|, from Balata Camp, a liberated prisoner who spent more than 20 years of the finest years of his of his youth [in the occupation prisons].

We have swallowed our anger more than once at suspicious actions taken by Abu Hanana, whose behavior aligns with that of the occupation in persecuting members of our great movement. In the face of this foolish behavior, which does not reflect the values and revolutionary ethics of Fatah, we demand the brothers in the Central Committee of the movement to immediately act to stop these suspicious behaviors practiced by Abu Hanana, and to remove him from his position, as he pursues Fatah fighters instead of traitors, spies, agents, and land dealers.

These strange behaviors, alien to our national fabric, primarily harm the project of the Fatah movement in leading the Palestinian people, especially at this sensitive time when the enemy is launching a Nazi attack on everything Palestinian.

Therefore, we, in the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades, through this statement, sound the alarm for the wise among the [Palestinian] Authority and movement leaderships to curb such suspicious actions before it is too late and to prevent the tails of the occupation from sowing discord and division among the members of the same movement.

We, in the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades of various formations, give the so-called Abu Hanana 24 hours to release the brother, the Fatah fighter Haytham Al-Kaabi, who spent more than 20 years of his life in the occupation's prisons. These years are longer than the history of these mercenaries trying to fish in troubled waters at the expense of our national thawabet and principles of Fatah.
