Statement by the Yemeni Armed Forces:

The aggressive American-British enemy, in support of the ongoing Israeli aggression in Gaza, has launched a heinous attack on the Republic of Yemen with seventy-three airstrikes targeting the capital Sanaa and the provinces of Hodeidah, Taiz, Hajjah, and Saada. These airstrikes resulted in the martyrdom of five of our armed forces and the injury of six others.

The full responsibility for this criminal aggression against the Yemeni people lies with the American and British enemy. It will not pass without a response and punishment.

The Yemeni Armed Forces will not hesitate to target sources of threat and all hostile targets on land and sea in defense of Yemen, its sovereignty, and independence.

This ruthless aggression will not deter Yemen from its supportive stance for the just cause of the Palestinian people. The Yemeni Armed Forces reaffirm their commitment to preventing Israeli vessels from navigating in the Arabian Gulf and the Red Sea.

Allah is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs. Indeed, the victory belongs to Yemen and all the free people of the nation.
