However, it's unclear what specific influence is being referred to. The Chinese are investing in construction and other economic sectors in some countries and trading their weapons, trying to carve out a niche in the region.

The documentation shows children from the Mahani family being targeted in their apartment on the fourth floor of the Noorland building at 6:00 am.

The children were identified by the human rights group as Osman Khalil Mahani, 16, and Kamal Khalil Mahani, 12. Both children were killed in the attack.
