The Moroccan regime used his photo and photoshopped a lost ID ad from an Algerian Facebook group dating back to 2017 to show that the Algerian regime is doing more than normalizations.
Especially after Algeria's good look in the UN council (appealing to international institutions is useless and aimed at winning the sympathy of Algerians).
